Turnsweep - last updated 8 September 2026
Turnsweep is sold as a subscription by Significa Interactive. Where you bought it decides who handles a refund, so this page says both.
Purchases made at turnsweep.com are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who are the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt, and handles refunds.
We will approve a refund of the most recent payment, in full, if you ask within 14 days of it being taken. You do not have to give a reason. Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, which is their buyer support site and can find your order from the receipt.
After 14 days we will still look at it. Refunds outside that window are at our discretion and we will tell you either way rather than leaving it unanswered.
Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple. Apple is the merchant for those, and only Apple can refund them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We cannot refund an App Store purchase on your behalf, and we cannot see your payment details. If Apple declines and you think that is wrong, write to us and we will do what we can.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the period you have already paid for, and the paid plan stays active until that period ends.
Nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses. Properties beyond the first become read-only until you subscribe again or remove them. Your cleans, checklists and photographs stay where they are.
A subscription bought on this website can be cancelled from the account screen in the app, which opens the Paddle customer portal. One bought through the App Store is cancelled in iOS Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights. If Turnsweep does not do what it says it does, tell us and we will refund you regardless of when you bought it.
